Select the patient and Hospitals
Start with your own patient profile or one you manage. Choose one, several or all currently participating Hospitals. ShifaTH creates a separate request and conversation for each selected Hospital.
Complete the relevant information
A general inquiry can use a basic incomplete profile without passport completion or medical reports. Other types use their applicable profile, identity and document requirements. Select reports intentionally and complete any required first passport-send decision.
Follow each Hospital’s response
Each Hospital receives only its own request and authorized files and handles its internal routing. Submission does not guarantee a response, final price, treatment acceptance or official appointment.
