Requests with a clear starting point

Receive the platform-defined request types for your Organization category. Each request connects a selected patient, the information supplied for that request, and a conversation with your Organization. Your staff determine the appropriate internal routing.

Keep the next steps together

Use in-platform conversations, authorized document access and, when relevant, official ShifaTH appointments and attendance follow-up. Direct communication is the core model; a platform-coordinated flow applies where configured.

Participation begins with interest

Submit your interest for platform review and commercial follow-up. An active Organization requires completed onboarding and an active contract. Submission alone does not create an active workspace or promise patient volume.

A defined platform role

ShifaTH supports the patient–Provider relationship. Clinical decisions and care remain with the Provider. Your internal clinical, registration and scheduling systems remain your own; the current Product does not directly synchronize them.
