Trust Center
Understand what is shared, who can access it and what each step means before you act in ShifaTH.
Trust starts with clear boundaries
ShifaTH helps you reach participating Providers and organize requests, communication and next steps. These explanations describe how the platform works and where its responsibilities stop.
Security and access
Private information and sensitive actions require authorized access. Permissions and, for some actions, additional verification determine what a person can do.
Patient data is not shared globally across Providers
Provider isolation
Each Provider has its own requests, conversations, statuses and patient relationship. Contacting several does not let them see one another’s data.
How patient information is shared
Private information is shared within specific authorized Provider flows. Access depends on the relationship and applicable permissions.
Passport sharing
Passport delivery is evaluated separately for each Provider and the current passport version.
Documents and external copies
Private storage is separate from delivery. ShifaTH cannot delete an independent copy a Provider has retained outside the platform.
Understand the flow you are using
Profile ownership and delegated access
Managing another person’s profile does not make a relationship label proof of authority. Ownership and selected delegated permissions have different meanings.
Conversations and coordination
Direct messages and ShifaTH-coordinated messages have different visibility and authorship rules.
Translations and originals
Translation helps you read content while preserving the original. Generated wording can be imperfect.
In-platform contact
Requests and conversations use ShifaTH’s communication flow. Private bypass contact details are not released through that flow.
Appointment and review labels have specific meanings
Appointments
A request or preferred time is not a confirmed appointment. Appointment status and attendance are separate.
Verified reviews
Review eligibility is tied to confirmed attendance under the platform’s rules. It does not mean ShifaTH has verified clinical quality or treatment results.
