Introduce your Organization using published information that visitors can explore before signing in.
The profile can include your public name, descriptions, location, supported service languages, opening hours, media and permitted accreditation or facility labels. Optional sections appear only when information is supplied.
Public visibility requires an active Organization, an active contract and a published profile with complete required fields and valid media. Content also passes publication validation. A hidden profile is removed from public view while its history is preserved.
Public profile content is separate from private contracts, operational contacts, workforce and patient records. Public pages cannot publish phone, email, WhatsApp, LINE or other contact details that bypass ShifaTH.
Descriptions, facilities and accreditation labels are information supplied by your Organization. Their display is not an independent ShifaTH verification or guarantee of clinical quality. Published services, professionals, posts and reviews follow their own visibility rules.
