Ask the Hospitals you choose and consider their replies separately. Each Hospital has its own relationship with you in ShifaTH.
Choose the Hospitals you want to approach
You may want to ask more than one Hospital about your needs before deciding on a next step. Where the Hospital flow supports it, you can select one, several or all currently participating Hospitals. The selection is yours.
Each Hospital receives its own request
One submission to your selected Hospitals creates an independent request for each. Each has its own conversation, status and patient relationship, including any appointments and files delivered to that Hospital.
Hospitals do not see your other Hospital relationships
Selecting several Hospitals does not let one see the others’ requests, conversations, statuses, Hospital Numbers or delivered files. Each Hospital handles its own request.
Documents and passports stay Hospital-specific
A report or passport sent to one Hospital does not automatically become available to another. Medical reports are selected for the relevant request. Passport sharing follows separate rules for each Hospital and the exact current passport version.
Consider each reply independently
Follow each Hospital’s conversation and discuss its proposed next steps there. A reply or suggested time from one Hospital does not confirm an appointment with another. Clinical decisions remain with the relevant Hospital.
