In the Hospital request flow, you choose one, several or all currently participating hospitals. Each receives its own request and conversation. One hospital cannot see the requests you sent to the others.

Use the patient profile for the person whose care you are arranging. You can make arrangements for yourself or manage another patient where your access permits it. Requirements depend on the request; a general Hospital inquiry does not require a completed passport or medical reports.
