Each Provider relationship stays separate

Contacting several Providers through ShifaTH does not give one access to your requests, conversations or files with another.

A separate request for each Provider

Each selected Provider receives its own request. A Hospital does not see the other Hospitals selected in the same submission or the requests created for them.

Separate conversations and statuses

Each request has its own conversation and status. Replies and progress with one Provider do not expose your discussion or status with another.

A separate patient relationship and Hospital Number

ShifaTH keeps a separate patient relationship and Provider-specific patient reference for each Provider. A Hospital Number, or HN, is the Hospital’s own external patient number. The same patient may have different HNs at different Hospitals; one Hospital cannot read another’s HN.

Documents and passports follow that boundary

A document or passport version delivered to one Provider does not become available to another. Each Provider can access only the data and delivered files authorized for its own relationship.

Provider isolation and authorized platform access

Keeping Providers separate does not mean ShifaTH has no platform access. Authorized platform, support or security access may apply where the platform’s rules allow it. That is different from giving one Provider access to another Provider’s data.

Explore the multi-Hospital journey

If you are considering several Hospitals, follow each request and conversation independently. The multi-Hospital explanation shows how your selection creates those separate relationships.
