ShifaTH guide

Verified-visit reviews

A verified review is tied to confirmed attendance under ShifaTH’s eligibility rules.

01

Who can review

The User who created the request can review the related confirmed visit, including a visit arranged for a managed patient. Each identified attendance record allows at most one review. An inquiry or appointment request alone is insufficient.

02

One overall Provider rating

The review has one overall rating from one to five whole stars and optional experience text. It rates the Organization; separate doctor, department or service scores are not part of the initial review model.

03

Public review privacy

The default author display is anonymous. Public output excludes patient identity, HN, passport, medical context, exact appointment details and evidence. A coarse visit month and year may appear. Keep sensitive information out of your review text.

04

What verified means

Verification concerns attendance eligibility. It does not mean ShifaTH verified clinical quality, accreditation or treatment results. Published eligible reviews contribute to the rating summary; pending, hidden and deleted reviews do not.
