A saved incomplete profile may be enough for a general inquiry and insufficient for a medical request. Verification, profile access, current passport validity and required documents are checked for the action you are taking.
Hospital general inquiry does not require passport completion or medical reports. Cost inquiry follows applicable policy. Medical case review and official Hospital appointment requests require their relevant identity and information. Clinic and non-medical defaults differ.
ShifaTH identifies missing or invalid requirements before submission. Review the affected profile, files and destinations, complete the listed items, and try again. Missing required data does not silently create an incomplete live request.
