Ask about a service through the inquiry path used by the selected non-Hospital Provider category.
Clinics and other supported non-Hospital categories use inquiry and appointment request. A price question or report-review question remains an inquiry; it does not become a separate Hospital request type.
The Clinic flow includes outpatient medical centers, dental clinics, eye clinics and diagnostic centers. Choose the patient profile and one Provider, select services or describe the need, and add relevant questions or reports.
A basic Clinic price or availability inquiry does not require a passport by default. Report review can require identity or passport information under the approved rule. Wellness, spa, massage and approved non-medical beauty inquiries do not require medical reports or identity documents by default.
The Provider receives its own request and conversation. Approved service rules can add limited requirements where applicable. A question does not guarantee a response, suitability, price or an appointment.
