What your request does
An appointment request can include your care need, preferred dates and times, and relevant information. It does not reserve a slot or establish a professional’s availability.
A preferred time tells a Provider what you want. An authorized process creates the official appointment separately.

An authorized Provider or platform actor creates the official appointment attached to your request, recording the scheduled start and time zone. One request can have no appointment, one or several.
An appointment-looking file can produce proposed details for review. These do not automatically become an official appointment. An authorized actor approves, corrects or rejects the candidate.
Read the official date, time, time zone and status, and clarify discrepancies in the conversation. A reminder does not replace the record. Scheduling and appointment completion do not prove attendance.
