Attendance and visit confirmation

Attendance has its own record and confirmation process, separate from the appointment schedule.

01

Report after the scheduled time

When attendance follow-up becomes available, the authorized User and Provider can independently report attended or did not attend. Both responses are preserved. A User-only attended report is not final confirmed attendance.

02

How attendance is confirmed

Attendance can be confirmed by the Provider, matching attended responses, or authorized platform review of valid evidence. Appointment completion alone does not confirm a visit.

03

Resolve a disagreement

Conflicting responses can be disputed and reviewed. The side claiming attendance can provide evidence in the same request conversation. Uploading a receipt or visit paper does not itself prove attendance; evidence must be checked and a final result recorded.

04

What confirmation enables

Final confirmed attendance can make the User who created the request eligible to review that visit. Reported attendance, a dispute or a case under review does not unlock the review action.
