Communication stays in ShifaTH. Message visibility depends on the conversation model that applies to the request.
In direct conversations, the User and your Organization see each other’s messages after successful storage. ShifaTH does not routinely approve each message before delivery; authorized platform audit access can still apply.
In coordinated conversations, each side’s source messages are visible to that side and authorized coordinators. The coordinator writes a separate platform message to the intended recipient. The opposite side does not receive the original source message automatically.
Authorized platform administration selects the Organization’s model according to its agreement. The Organization does not switch it itself. Every conversation begins with a User-originated request; an Organization cannot start an unsolicited conversation.
Translations help readers while preserving the original. Files follow the route of the message carrying them. Communication does not release private phone, email or WhatsApp details, including after appointment confirmation. Clinical decisions remain with the Provider.
