Organization access is based on membership and the permissions assigned within that Organization.
A workforce account can belong to more than one Organization, with a separate context for each. User access and Organization access are distinct. A membership or role in one Organization does not authorize work in another.
Membership, role and the required permission are checked for protected operations. Removing or disabling a membership removes its Organization access immediately. Public professional profiles remain separate from workforce permissions.
