Record the official ShifaTH appointment and follow attendance as a separate step.
A preferred date or appointment request is a starting point for discussion. An authorized Organization member or platform actor creates the official appointment under the related User request. One request may have no appointment, one appointment or several.
An official appointment records the request, Organization, patient relationship, scheduled start and time zone. End time, notes and an appointment paper may be added. Doctor, department, room and structured treatment-plan fields are not required.
Authorized staff handle rescheduling and cancellation. Rescheduling preserves the previous schedule in history and updates reminders. Cancelling the request alone does not cancel the appointment. The current Product does not synchronize your internal scheduling system.
Completing an appointment does not prove attendance. User and Organization responses are recorded separately; disagreements can enter review. Only finally confirmed attendance can make the request creator eligible for a verified review.
