Access is limited to your Organization’s relationship with the patient and the information legitimately delivered to it.
The same patient’s later requests reuse the Organization-specific patient relationship. HN, when used, is your Organization’s external patient number. It is separate from the platform patient identity and cannot be read by another Provider.
Request lists provide an operational summary. Full identity information and files require separate authorized access and the relevant role permissions. The managing User’s private direct-contact information is not exposed to your staff.
Uploading a report privately does not send it to your Organization. Medical reports are selected for each request. The current passport version is not resent if it was successfully delivered to you before; a required first delivery or replacement version needs the User’s approval.
Authorized members may open or download available delivered files. Deleting a platform copy blocks later platform access under its deletion flow. ShifaTH cannot erase an independent copy your Organization previously downloaded or imported into its own system.
