For hospitals & clinics

Verified reviews & Provider responses

Reviews are tied to confirmed attendance. Your Organization can respond while the reviewer’s rating remains their own.

Attendance-linked. Not a quality endorsement.

What a verified review means

An eligible review is linked to finally confirmed attendance, the matching appointment and patient, and the User who created the request. That User may have arranged the visit for another managed patient. Verification concerns attendance, not ShifaTH endorsement of clinical quality.

A clearly attributed response

An authorized member may publish one Organization response to a published review. The response passes public-content validation and cannot change the User’s rating. If the review becomes hidden or deleted, its response also leaves public display.

Privacy and moderation

Public reviews protect patient identity, HN, passports, medical information and attendance evidence. A negative rating alone is not a violation. Organizations cannot approve, edit, hide or delete a User review; suspected rule violations go through moderation or support.
