ShifaTH guide

The in-platform contact boundary

The normal ShifaTH workflow uses request-linked communication without exposing bypass contact details.

01

Public content has a contact boundary

Provider profiles, services, professionals, posts, offers, reviews and Provider responses cannot publish phone numbers, email, WhatsApp, LINE or bypass links.

02

Both conversation modes follow it

Direct mode lets the two sides communicate in the request conversation. Coordinated mode uses separate platform messages. Neither mode releases the User’s or patient’s private direct-contact information through the platform.

03

Appointments do not release contacts

An appointment confirmation does not release private contacts. An Organization’s own external in-person intake can collect information directly, separately from the ShifaTH workflow.

04

Separate contact from authorized data sharing

Delivered patient documents and passport data have their own authorized access path. Keeping communication inside ShifaTH does not mean every member can access those files or every private record.
