Write, edit or delete your review

After final attendance confirmation, the request creator sees the review action in that conversation. If the visit is reported, disputed or under review, the action is not available yet.

Choose an overall one-to-five-star rating and optional text. Public-content validation applies. Sensitive third-party information, bypass contact details or suspected abuse can keep a review pending moderation. A negative rating alone is not a violation.

You can edit your rating or text. Revisions are preserved and validated again; the rating summary changes when the latest revision is published. Deletion removes public content and its contribution to the aggregate, with minimal audit metadata potentially retained.

The Provider may post an attributed response to a published review. It cannot edit or remove your review merely because it is negative. When the review leaves public display, its response also leaves public display.
