ShifaTH guide

Verified-review integrity

Verified reviews are based on confirmed attendance, with separate rules for eligibility, privacy and publication.

01

Verification concerns the visit

The request creator can review a related visit only after attendance is finally confirmed. A User claim, uploaded evidence or appointment completion alone is insufficient. One attendance record can support one review.

02

Public identity is limited

The default author display is anonymous. Public review data does not reveal patient identity, passport, HN, medical records, exact appointment details or attendance evidence. A coarse visit month and year may be shown.

03

Negative feedback has protection

A negative rating alone is not a moderation violation. The Provider cannot approve, reject, edit, hide or delete the User’s review. It can respond or report an issue; authorized moderation follows the applicable rules.

04

Ratings have a defined meaning

Only published reviews tied to valid confirmed attendance contribute to the summary. Commercial terms and rewards do not purchase or alter ratings. A verified review is not ShifaTH verification of clinical quality, accreditation or results.
