Delivery allows authorized access
A receiving Provider can open or download the exact version sent to it while platform content remains available and permissions allow access. It may save or import the file into its own system.

After a Provider downloads a file
A delivered file can be saved outside ShifaTH. Later platform deletion cannot recall an independent copy.
See a safe access summary
ShifaTH can show a safe summary that a Provider opened or downloaded a file. The ordinary User view does not automatically identify the employee or expose internal audit details.
What platform deletion changes
Deletion first blocks new platform views and downloads. The process purges platform-controlled content and derivatives, completing only after those locations are cleared. History can retain a minimal delivery and deletion record without a readable file.
Independent copies remain outside
ShifaTH cannot delete a copy already saved in a Provider’s independent system. It does not operate or track a request asking the Provider to delete external copies. Privacy concerns can be raised through platform support.
