Define the questions you need answered
List your practical questions before comparing replies: what the Provider is offering to discuss, what information it needs, the language arrangements, estimate scope and appointment status. Keep clinical suitability questions for the Provider or treating clinician.
Identify the source of each statement
Record whether a detail comes from the Provider’s published page, its direct reply or another named source. A Provider’s statement about its facilities or professional credentials remains its statement unless separate evidence establishes more. Mark the source and date instead of treating every label as independent verification.
Use a consistent comparison worksheet
| Question | Record for each response |
|---|---|
| What question did the Provider answer? | Its stated scope and any unanswered part |
| What information is still needed? | The actual request and who can clarify it |
| What does a cost response cover? | Inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and validity |
| What is the appointment status? | Request or confirmation, with the stated details |
| What language support was confirmed? | The arrangement for this interaction |
| What needs clarification? | A follow-up question rather than an assumed answer |
Use one set of questions across all replies. Leave unanswered items marked as unanswered; do not turn missing information into a score.
Compare scope alongside cost
Ask the same questions about what an estimate covers and excludes. If the replies concern different services or assumptions, note the difference and ask for clarification. A lower headline amount alone does not answer a clinical suitability question.
Check confirmation separately
Ask whether a reply confirms an appointment or merely discusses preferences. Keep date, time zone, location and the person confirming them with the corresponding Provider’s reply. Do not treat another Provider’s confirmation as an answer for this one.
Using ShifaTH: reviews and attribution
Provider descriptions and credential labels are Provider-authored information. A verified-visit review concerns confirmed attendance under the platform rules; it does not mean ShifaTH verified clinical quality, treatment results or every professional credential. Read the experience alongside its scope rather than using it as a clinical ranking.
Using ShifaTH: independent Provider relationships
In the Hospital flow, you choose which participating hospitals to contact. Each selected hospital has its own request, conversation, status and delivered information, without seeing the requests sent to the others. Use the canonical request and isolation explanations for that behavior; this worksheet is not a platform comparison or recommendation tool.
