Delegated patient-profile access

Permissions can cover viewing or editing the profile, managing documents, creating or viewing requests, and managing appointments. The granted scope determines the available actions.

Create an access invitation with the relationship and selected permissions. Share its link with the intended person. The recipient signs in as a User, reviews the safe invitation details and accepts.

The recipient cannot change the patient, relationship or permissions during acceptance. Invitations are single-use and expire under the applicable policy. Access can be changed or revoked through patient-profile access controls.

Delegation does not transfer ownership or automatically permit ownership claims, bank-detail changes, withdrawals or payout actions. A delegate cannot erase the entire patient profile. Relationship labels do not establish legal authority by themselves.
