Check when identity verification is required

Know which account and patient profile the action concerns. Browsing and account verification are distinct.

1. Start the intended action with the correct profile.
2. Review any missing identity or verification requirement.
3. Use the required verification path and provide the requested evidence.
4. Check the verification result before returning to the action.

Verified identity permits only the actions allowed by current account, profile and permission checks.

Review, rejection or required resubmission can block sensitive actions. Creating a managed profile does not itself require the patient’s selfie. A patient later claiming their profile through their own account uses passport and selfie evidence.

If the shown requirement cannot be completed, use the identity-review or support path provided. A relationship label is not proof of legal authority.
