Create or sign in to a User account

Public browsing is available before sign-in. Requests, messages and uploads require account access. User registration supports phone, email, Apple, Google and LINE; use a method offered in the released flow.

1. Choose User access.
2. Select a registration or sign-in method shown to you.
3. Complete required phone or email verification and any security challenge.
4. Return to the item or action where you began.

An active account can use actions allowed by its verification, patient-profile access and permissions.

Pending verification can block restricted actions. Organization access is a separate context; membership does not itself give access to patient-side data or create a patient profile.

If sign-in cannot complete, use the account-state or recovery guidance for the state shown.
