With automatic translation off, messages appear in their original language and a translation action is available when languages differ. With it on, translated text appears by default when needed, with an option to show the original.
Conversation translation follows the reader’s current application language and personal preference. It does not change the sender’s text or reveal coordinated-mode source messages hidden from the reader.
Published content can reuse a translation for its current version. Source changes can invalidate older translations. Translation can fail or be imperfect; the original remains the reference. Confirm important care and appointment details with the Provider.
