ShifaTH guide

Complaints and disputes

A ShifaTH support case has its own private conversation and does not automatically change another record.

01

Raise the platform issue

Use a support, complaint or dispute case for an account, request, conversation, appointment, attendance, review, document, privacy or technical issue within your authorized scope. Clinical decisions and care remain with the Provider.

02

The complaint is not automatically shared

Your complaint text is not automatically shown to the Provider. Its support reply is not automatically shown to you. Platform support sends a separate message to the intended side.

03

A linked record keeps its own rules

Linking a case does not expand access. Attendance resolution, review moderation, document deletion and privacy actions still require their owning procedures. Resolving the case alone does not perform those changes.

04

Track the case and underlying result

Follow the support case separately from the request or record it concerns. A negative review alone is not a removal reason. Case urgency does not create a promised response deadline or a clinical outcome.
