Why a Provider or page is no longer visible
Public visibility follows the Provider and content state.
Before you start
Use public search or the published entry point you previously visited.
What to do
- Check whether your search filters exclude the item.
- Try the relevant public category or search term.
- If it remains unavailable, avoid assuming a private reason.
- For an existing request, check its separate history after sign-in.
Expected result
A Provider appears only while its Organization is active, its contract is active and its public profile is published. Child content also needs eligible publication state.
If something is blocked or different
Hiding, suspension or archive removes a Provider from new discovery and blocks new requests. Expired offers can disappear. Historical requests and appointments keep their own lifecycle; absence is not proof of deletion or clinical quality.

If public search seems faulty, report a technical issue through support when available. Do not include unnecessary patient details.
