ShifaTH provides access and coordination between Users and participating Providers. ShifaTH is operated by Al Aziz Co., Ltd., identified in the Terms of Use.

ShifaTH is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for consultation, diagnosis, treatment or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. If you need urgent medical attention, contact local emergency services or seek immediate care where you are. Do not wait for a platform message.

Provider profiles, service information, offers, reviews and coordination messages help you communicate and make inquiries. A listing or verified-visit review does not certify clinical suitability, accreditation, treatment quality or outcomes. Confirm credentials, suitability, risks, alternatives, fees and preparation requirements with the Provider.

A request or selection of a professional is not an appointment confirmation. Rely on the actual confirmed appointment details and Provider instructions. Reminders may fail or arrive late.

Automated translations, extracted text and appointment suggestions derived from documents may contain errors. The original source remains the reference for checking the content. Ask the Provider to resolve uncertainty about medicines, doses, symptoms, preparation, dates or treatment instructions. Automated document processing is not a medical diagnosis.

In platform-coordinated conversations, coordinators write separate platform messages from the information available to them. Coordination does not make a coordinator the treating clinician or replace clinical consent. We remain responsible for our own service and legal obligations.
